Re: Clothes around the world: your style; Germany

Hey I'm Megan from the US. I usually wear Aeropostale clothes and American Eagle. I also wear a lot of school tees and sweatshirts. One of the biggest trends in America right now is the UGG boots. They are tall fuzzy boots that are very warm. You tuck your jeans into them. Another biggie is the skinny jeans. Everyone is wearing them. Hope this helped you!

Hi Sarah! For my part, I wear "slim jeans" and Ralph Lauren polo, with grey boots. It's fashionable in France.  I wear a coat with fur too.

Hi Sarah, I’m Cassie from the US. You probably have enough ideas about the American style of clothes, but honestly we have all sorts of people and styles here. What seems to be the biggest styles right now, are vintage, which is like really tight jeans that grab your ankles, crazy bright make up colors, that isn’t really my type though. Even guys are wearing jeans that are so tight I’m surprised they don’t rip when they sit down. ha ha. But also I see a lot of guys that wear pants that are 4 or 5 sizes bigger that hang down to their knee caps, even with a belt. Yeah that’s gross, but they wear baggy shirts to so it covers their behind. Any ways there are so many other styles in the US, I can’t put a majority on it. I personally like wearing normal flare jeans and t-shirts. I basically wear what’s comfortable. I don’t remember the last time I wore a dress or skirt either. Well hopefully that helps a little on your project; I would suggest looking on the internet for different types of styles.

We like to wear sweatpants. I totally agree about the extremely casual. We actually do love sweatpants and t shirt's. We like to wear Aeropostale, Hollister, American Eagle, and UGGs with ripped jeans, stuff like that. Our jeans don't have holes in them all the time.

Hey! I live in the United States (Iowa to be exact) and here we like to dress EXTREMELY casual. Most of the people at our school wear sweats and t-shirts or UGG boots, ripped jeans, Aeropostale, Hollister, Abercombie, etc. shirts. Sometimes, when there's a special occasion we wear jeans without holes or maybe even some nice shoes! Hope this helps!

That is what I like to wear too. Skinny jeans and shirts and hoodies. My favorite brands are Arizona jeans, Vans, DC shoes, Roxy, and O'Neil.

        Hey Sarah,

My name is Krystian and my family was born in Poland, but I was born here in USA. I wear casual clothes, of course sometimes just to be traditional I will wear something that shows that I care how I look like maybe a brown vest. My favorite material is organic cotton. But to get to the point, my style is acceptable yet a little casual.

I am from the USA and I wear average looking clothes. It generally includes a pair of skate shoes such as DC or DVS. My pants are usually blue jeans that slightly flare at the bottom or on rare occasion skinny jeans. I tend to wear tight body hugging shirts but not always. That's pretty much it.

Hey Sarah. My name is Jessica and I live in the U.S.A. Our style varies here. Personally I am more of a prep so I wear either shorts or jeans. All of my clothes are pretty tight fitting.
