    Re:My country, Canada

Hey Anja, I've heard of your country many times because one of my best friends has cousins from there but it may be called Slovekia or something like that. I'm a little mixed up but anyways, I don't know much about your country so I would love to learn more about your country and so you could learn about mine (Canada). It's also pretty cool. We have many things that other countries have never even heard of, so maybe you would like to hear about it all.

    Re:My country, Hong Kong

Hi Anja How are you? I live in Hong Kong. Although I don't know where Slovenia it is, Europe is a country and there are many small cities. If someone never goes to any places of Europe, maybe he or she never knows how many cities in there. It is because we learn some signs, pictures of maps in Geography lessons in Hong Kong. I think that is why many people don't where Slovenia it is.

    Re:My country, Yugoslavia

Hi Anja! I'm from Republika Srpska, Bosnia. I know a lot about Slovenia. I can't believe that no one knows about Slovenia! By the way, they don't know about Slovenia, Croatia, Bosnia or Serbia! I'm Serb and I'm angry at the Americans because they never go to visit former Yugoslavia! I heard that Slovenia is very beautiful! So I am hoping that we can be friends since I know the problems about the countries that were part of Yugoslavia before. Anyway, I think that Slovenia is a very beautiful country! Tamara

    Re:My country, Slovenia

Hey I have relatives in Essen, Frankfurt and Munchen. Bosnia and Serbia are in south Europe. I haven't been in thes U.S yet, but I want to go to Miami and San Francisco. Well all around the U.S, but that's my favourite places. I'm not German, all my ancesters are Slovene as far as we know. Americans have lot's of different cultures in their blood. That's very cool. Have a great time Anja

    Re:My country, USA

Hi Anja! That's so cool you've been to so many places! Where is Bosnia and Serbia? I've been to Germany and Austria each once before, but we plan to go back to Germany this coming summer! I've been to several places in the states. I've been to Louisiana(6-7), Arkansas (driven through there once), Oklahoma(at least 3), Colorado (1), in and out of Maryland and Virginia (on a school functioned trip), and Washington D.C.! Are you German? I'm (in order of most to least) German, Scottish/Irish, English, and French. How about you? Well sorry but I have to go. -Thanks, bye! -Kaitlyn

I haven't been in U.S.A. before, but beside Austria and Germany I was also in Italy, Croatia, Hungary, Slovakia, England and Tunisia. In October I'm going with my parents on a trip to Bosnia and Serbia. I realy want to travel a lot when I'm older too. I guess everyone wishes that. Where have you been? Bye Anja

    Re:My country, Slovenia

Everyone is very welcomed here. If you come here, I suggest you visit our capital Ljubljana, Lake Bled and Lake Bohinj. These are the best places here for me. And by the way, Slovenia is between Italy, Croatia, Hungary and Austria if you're interested in comming. And thanks for writing back. Anja

    My country, Slovenia

Hi! I come from a small central European country Slovenia. I just want to know if you have ever heard about it and what do you know? Most people don't know my country, probably because it's so small. People who come here say that it's probably one of the prettiest countries in Europe, but yet we don't have much tourists here. You can do all sorts of things here like go kanuying, skiing, snowboarding, in summer swimming in lakes, sea or spas. We have lots of lakes, waterfalls, caves, ski resorts, health resorts. We have a big sport tradition especialy in winter sports. Lots of slovenes have mooved to another countries after World war II. Most to Australia, Argentina, U.S, Canada and Germany. So I want to know if you know someone that comes from Slovenia or even if you maybe have relatives from here. Tell me what you think of my country? Thanks for answering, Anja
